MDA's with Omega Loops
Also called a Bio-Metric distalizer, the MDA fits piggy back on the archwire and fits into the face bow tubes. Coil spring is placed distal to the omega loops provide enough force to distalize molars. The MDA has a hook near the cuspid region which allows the patient to wear Class II elastics providing further Class II movement and reducing anterior drive.
